You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return if you’re not satisfied.
Return Conditions

Item must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Initiating a Return

A return shipping label and instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are 150 nkr.

Damages and Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Notify us within 2 months of discovering any defects.

Warranty does not cover damages from misuse or non-manufacturing related issues.

Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Exceptions

No returns on perishable, custom, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Customers

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns, no justification needed.
Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
